PROGRAM MANAGEMENT

Consolidated CM (CCM) assists owners in managing their construction programs and maintaining control of concurrent projects. CCM leads the effort to establish program standards for quality and control, and helps clients develop a means to quantify and track results at the program and project levels. CCM can help keep the program on track with respect to time and budget constraints with value engineering and constructability review as well with focused analysis of alternate project delivery or project sequencing approaches to addressing identified program challenges. We also can facilitate communication with bond program oversight committees with customized reporting both on-line and in hard copy form. We make a difference by helping owners monitor and stay the course toward achieving overall program goals, without compromising individual project goals.

CCM program management services include:

  • Program master scheduling
  • Cost-loading the program master schedule to monitor cash flow
